Refinery LP Modeling
Naft Asia has proprietary LP softwares to model all refinery process units such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation, naphtha , kero and diesel desulfurisation units, cat reforming, hydrocracking units, delayed coking, solvent extraction, visbreaking , FCCU and other secondary processing units. Also we maintain a library of in house data on process yield, utility consumption and various crude oils properties. Modelling for a given refinery is done based on test run data obtained from various refinery units for process yield, refinery stream properties, utility catalyst and chemical consumption etc, product blending and product specifications. Service include preparation of refinery LP data base, LP model, and calibration of the model with actual refinery operation.
Downstream Refinery Units
Naft Asia offers consultancy for a large number of processing units .Services may include process design packages, coordination with process licensors for design basis, process technology selection, catalyst suppliers, equipment vendors ,engineering companies, pre-start up checks and test runs. Project Appraisals ; Economic evaluation of projects to aid investment decisions based on discounted cash flow and other recognised methods are also undertaken.
